Yes. We also support free design before production.

What is the minimum quantity (MOQ) for custom orders?
Depending on the design and material, Trâm Anh Caps accepts custom hat production orders with a minimum quantity typically ranging from 300 pieces per design and above. For special orders, we can provide flexible consultation.

How long does it take to produce an order?
Typically 10 – 25 working days depending on the quantity and complexity of the design. Rush orders need to be notified in advance so we can arrange accordingly.
In urgent cases, TramanhCaps supports fast production orders if customers need delivery within a short timeframe.

Is it possible to order a sample before mass production?
Absolutely yes. We encourage customers to approve actual samples before mass production to ensure they meet the requirements.
Do you accept OEM/ODM?
Yes. We accept custom manufacturing (OEM) and complete product development (ODM) for brands developing their own hat lines.
Can logos be printed/embroidered on the hats?
Yes. We provide various methods including heat transfer printing, silk screen printing, computer embroidery, rubber label pressing, etc., depending on the customer’s style and budget.
Is the product under warranty?
We commit to 100% quality inspection before delivery. For technical defects or products that don’t match the approved samples, our factory will provide support and resolution according to our commitment policy.
I want to make hats for company events/gifts, does the factory provide full support?
